This has been updated to include some new material related to the lecture on ethics. In particular, there's the paper about the Bristol Cancer Help Centre study by Bagenal et al, the World Medical Association's Declaration of Helsinki, a commentary on this by Rid and Schmidt. The use of Nazi data by Cohen, and Joseph and Breggin's commentaries on eugenic tendencies in psychiatry have also been added.
